Thank you to you all for your well wishes, thoughts and prayers this morning as Gray was scheduled to have surgery today. Unfortunately, Gray’s surgery has been postponed yet again. This cancellation was due more to the weather conditions in Oklahoma City then anything else but one more weekend at home will also give Gray just that much more time to recover from his RSV. We should hear from the hospital today or tomorrow, to be sure, but we’re hoping to have Gray’s surgery rescheduled for sometime early next week. We are definitely getting anxious about “getting the surgery over with” so to speak. It’s almost more draining to prepare yourself both mentally and emotionally for a surgery over and over again that keeps getting pushed back. We do appreciate your continued support and covet your continued prayers. For this weekend we are just enjoying family time. Being snowed in has made for some great memories and while it’s been difficult to keep Gray indoors and not tromping through the snow drifts outside it has still been fun to be “stuck inside” as a family! We’ll keep you posted as we receive updates and hope to deliver wonderful news of a successful surgery soon!
